One night deposit is due at time of booking. Balance of payment due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Payments accepted by MC, VISA, bank draft or money order.

Security Deposit

A signed valid MC or VISA voucher is required at the time when you receive your keys. This voucher will be destroyed in approx. 45 days after departure, provided there are no further unpaid bills, extra cleaning, damages to the Unit or long distance charges (extra $30 to be added to any long distance call charges). It is also to ensure the return of keys and parking passes, if any, that were given. Security Deposit is the responsibility of one person 25 years of age or older.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first night deposit. No refund if cancelled in less than 45 days prior to arrival, only for nights re-rented.

Minimum Stay Requirements

We are very flexible, but some minimum stays apply especially during the holiday season.

Rates/Taxes

Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change at any time. Additional guests over 7 years of age are charged extra at $20 per guest per night, to the maximum set for each unit. Please add room tax and 6% GST where applicable.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Earlier check-in is sometimes possible with prior approval of Grey Hawk. Check-out time 10 a.m. We meet all our guests personally. Please note that there is no reception and no office in Whistler - we will meet you at a pre-arranged convenient location. Please contact us at least two days before your arrival to set up a meeting place and time!

Miscellaneous

All units are non-smoking. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Grey Hawk reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion, if in the unlikely event the reserved property becomes unavailable. Prior notification may not be possible. Limit of Liability: Grey Hawk acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf.
